Meeting Brief: Q1 Strategy Review — Acme Corp

PM Copilot · Today at 9:47 AM · 2 min read

Meeting Objective

Review Q1 deliverables and align on Q2 roadmap priorities with the Acme Corp stakeholder team. Sarah Chen (VP Product) scheduled this — likely wants to discuss Phase 2 budget.

Client Pulse

Positive (8/10)

Last touchpoint was a successful sprint demo on Jan 15. Sarah mentioned budget approval for Phase 2. No open issues or escalations.

Key Talking Points

  • Lead with Q1 wins (delivered 3 weeks early on the portal redesign) before discussing timeline concerns on the API integration.
  • Sarah is the decision-maker for Q2 scope — frame the phased rollout as reducing their risk, not our capacity constraint.
  • Their CTO, Marcus, joined the invite. He rarely attends — likely evaluating technical approach for Phase 2.

Questions to Ask

  • ?“What does success for Q2 look like from your side?”
  • ?“Is the April timeline still aligned with your product launch?”
  • ?“Should we loop in Marcus for a technical deep-dive separately?”

Watch Out For

Their competitor launched a similar product last week — Acme may push for accelerated timelines. Have the resource constraints conversation ready if this comes up.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. PM Copilot is completely free during the beta. We’ll introduce paid plans later, but early users will always get a generous free tier.

Do I need to install anything?

Nothing. No app, no browser extension, no calendar integration, no IT approval. Just forward a calendar invite to prep@pmcopilot.net and the brief comes back to your inbox.

Is my data secure?

Your meeting data is processed in real-time and used only to generate your brief. We don’t store raw email content after processing. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

What email clients work?

All of them. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Spark, Superhuman — if you can forward an email, it works. Mobile and desktop.

How does context accumulation work?

When you receive a brief, just reply to it with any notes about the client. "They're worried about the timeline" or "New stakeholder joining next quarter." PM Copilot attaches this context to the client and weaves it into every future brief.

Do I need to sign up?

No account required to start. Forward your first invite to prep@pmcopilot.net and you'll get a brief back. We identify you by your email address.
